A well-run office is not just a logistics achievement, it is a statement about how an organisation values its people and its work. Every operational detail, from how a visitor is welcomed to how senior executives are supported, reflects the culture and standards of the institution. I take pride in maintaining an environment where everything runs smoothly, communication flows clearly, and the people who work here feel genuinely cared for. After nearly two decades at Kalaari, this place feels like home, and I approach it with the same standards I would bring to anything I care about deeply.
I have 36 years of overall professional experience and have been with Kalaari since 1989, longer than almost anyone at the firm. In that time, I have grown alongside the organisation, managing office administration, operations, and logistics, and providing high-level confidential executive support to senior leadership. I have seen Kalaari evolve through multiple chapters, and that continuity has given me a depth of institutional knowledge and a network of relationships that I bring to every aspect of the role.
Long drives, music, and time in nature restore me. I find that being in open spaces, whether driving through a landscape or simply being outdoorsm, gives me perspective and calm that I carry back into the work week.
