Sreedhar is a Venture Partner at Kalaari Capital. In his previous role, he was Partner and Head of Consumer & Internet Businesses at KPMG in India. He had also led the Strategy function of KPMG in India and assisted the CEO in implementing their $1Bn strategy.
Sreedhar was instrumental in setting up the E-commerce & startup practice at KPMG and has advised multiple start-ups on their growth agenda. He has worked extensively with Internet companies and consumer brands like Flipkart, Myntra, Google, Facebook, PayTm, Bharat Matrimony, Indian Railways E-commerce venture (IRCTC), Nestle, Reliance Industries, Star India etc. During his tenure, he had advised multiple startups in their business model and growth strategy across assisted commerce, e-commerce, FinTech, B2B business of steel and power, online fashion etc Further, he had led multiple due diligences across consumer brands and internet business companies in India and UAE.
He has been deeply entrenched in the startup ecosystem since it’s inception and is a well-respected thought leader in this space. He believes the next big wave of startup growth in India will be fueled by a combination of a more mature internet ecosystem and accelerated consumer spending.
Sreedhar is deeply networked in the Indian business ecosystem and has strong M&A capabilities.
