What makes the job exciting

I get to see exciting ideas and meet smart entrepreneurs every day as part of my job. More importantly, I get to witness the journey of these companies before they become legendary corporations.

Views on entrepreneurship

When you pitch to VCs, what is important is your clarity of thought around the problem you are trying to solve and passion with which you narrate your story. There are no fool-proof business plans at that stage of the company. Of course, there will be a lot of unknowns, but your perseverance and ability to navigate those unchartered waters is what will bring you success.

Thoughts on startup success

The idea should solve a large problem in a unique way. The team must have complementary skill sets and an immense passion for success. There has to be a long-term vision to create a sustainable business. As a business, you should learn and adapt quickly.
