We are looking for a Fresher with excellent communication skills and ability to take quick decision and resolve customer queries. Your Roles and Responsibilities will include : Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone. Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with. Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues. Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible. Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times. Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members You are a fit for this job, if you have : Proven Internship experience in related field and within a similar environment of a SAAS Company has some extra benefits Knowledge in supporting customer queries across the globe Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role will be advantageous. Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities. Well-developed arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial.
