What makes the job exciting
For me, it’s the values and vision that Kalaari was founded upon — they’re inspiring. I knew it the moment I stepped into the Kalaari office the first time. It reflects the company’s true Indian nature and a singular dedication to help emerging Indian startups. Being part of this vision is not just exciting, but a privilege too.

Views on entrepreneurship
Find the smart money. Whom you raise money from is important — it matters more than just raising money. Study the investors before approaching them. Smart money is more valuable than just any money at an early stage.
What I like about Kalaari
I like the way Kalaari encourages me to grow and take initiatives, just like an entrepreneur. I cherish being part of a truly Indian VC with a strong culture and values.
